An AI assistant for the people of your company

Socio Virtual provides each company with an AI assistant (the "Operante") that its employees talk to by chat (WhatsApp or our web app). It answers questions and helps with day-to-day work by looking up information in the company's own systems.

How we use Google user data

• A user can choose to connect their own Google account. The assistant then reads, read-only, that user's Gmail messages and Google Drive files (including Docs, Sheets and Slides).
• It reads them only to answer that same user's requests in the chat, for example "what did the supplier write me last week?" or "read me the price sheet".
• It cannot send, delete, move or modify anything, and it never accesses another person's account.
• The user can disconnect at any time by asking the assistant or from their Google account settings.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or share Google user data, or use it for advertising.
• We do not use it to train AI models.
• The app does not generate images of people and is not used for any intimate imagery (no AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery).

Socio Virtual's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
